A great opportunity exists for a highly organized Application Support Engineer, with a heavy focus on web technologies and excellent communication skills to help clients integrate and use our APIs. You’ll be closely involved with triaging incoming support requests from our worldwide client base and liaising with our product & engineering teams based in Sydney, Australia. The role is focused on API support, primarily using JavaScript, and is best suited to a self-motivated individual with a desire to improve our technical support, training and delivery processes. You will need to acquire a thorough technical understanding of our product suite, our end-user experience and our client’s solutions, in order to successfully field questions from third-party developer teams and our clients’ content creation teams.

This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a diverse team in a great office based in Dublin City centre location, Smithfield.
